Please, remember the following important dates (Note: UTC+2 hours):

  • Abstract submission deadline: October 15, 2022
  • Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: December 16, 2022
  • Final programme published: February 28, 2023
  • Registration for all participants by April 19, 2023
  • Conference Dates: May 10–12, 2023, University of Helsinki, Finland
  • A publication based on the conference papers is planned to be published afterwards.

The conference venue is within the walking distance from the central railway station. You can download a map of the city centre campus, in which all our conference places are clearly marked.

The conference dinner will take place at Tenho Restobar in Kallio, about 2 kilometers from the conference venue (address: Helsinginkatu 15). You can take a tram number 3 from Kaisaniemenkatu or Kaisaniemenpuisto (direction: Meilahden sairaala via Kallio) to Kaarlenkatu (about 10 minutes). Continue walking forward and turn right onto Helsinginkatu. Tenho is in the second block on the left.
