The conference is being organized by the Discipline of Musicology at the University of Helsinki, the Suoni Research Association and the research project Music researchers in society: Advancing social justice through activist music research (project 2020–2025, Kone Foundation), in collaboration with the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki.
