Finnish Plant Science Days 2025

The XIII Finnish Plant Science Days 2025 (Kasvitieteen Päivät 2025) will be hosted on the University of Helsinki Viikki campus on 27-28 May 2025. The meeting is arranged by the , the and the .

The aim of the conference is to bring together students, doctoral researchers, post-docs, early career researchers and established scientists from all areas of plant science to encourage collaboration and networking, and to give an overview of the current status of plant science research in Finland.

In keeping with the sustainability and responsibility plan of the University of Helsinki:

• we have chosen a conference venue with good public transport connections
• we will serve vegetarian and vegan food  
• food and snacks served are sourced from local or Finnish producers where possible
• all coffee and tea served is Fairtrade
• we aim to avoid food waste, and any packaging is easily recycled at the conference venue
• the abstract book will only be made available in digital format
• all venues are fully accessible
