The registration fee is 100€, which covers the symposium, workshops, and the hackathon (for selected participants, check the Hackathon page for more information). The fee also includes a lunch on the 2. day of the symposium, refreshments during breaks, and the reception by the City of Helsinki.
The registration can be completed at the University of Helsinki online payment system. In registration form, please indicate whether you will join the workshops on Mon 23rd and/or the reception on Tue 24th. We will send a separate questionnaire for workshop participants closer to the event, and a link to register to the reception.
The registration is open until October 8, 2023. Please note that in the case of participant cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded due to small registration fee and administrative costs of processing refunds.
