Registration Benefits

Act fast, as registrations and accommodation reservations will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis.

Invoice payment: 

• Invoicing fee EUR 18 will be added to all invoices. Note that an additional fee of EUR 18 will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration). 

• The invoice reference number must show as identification on bank transactions. The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer. 

• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received. 

Credit card payment: 

• The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. 

• Credit card payments are processed via an SSL-secured credit card payment link at the end of the online registration form. 

• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received. 

For registration, social events and accommodation (cancellation or early departure), a fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made by November 7, 2023. 

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after November 7, 2023. 

100% payment is to be made if fees are not paid at the time of cancellation. A No-show is not considered a cancellation. 

The Congress organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Congress. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.  

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for the cancellation of the event (natural disaster, an outbreak of a severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
