The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.
The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid fees.
Hotel reservations in conference quotas is not possible after June 15. There are numerous hotels in the Kaisaniemi region and Helsinki city centre, all very near to the conference venue.

The 69th Rencontre Assyriologique Internationale organizers invite publishers to set up book stalls at the RAI. We hope to make a wide selection of publications on Ancient Near Eastern Studies available to our conference participants.
Book stalls will be located in the main lobby of the central venue (Porthania, Yliopistonkatu 3). Registration and book stall rental is closed. There is no option for on-site registration at the conference.
