All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to comply with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
No form of harassment will be tolerated at the conference.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to such categories as gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical characteristics, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion. It also includes sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warnings or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified either by conference t-shirts (student assistants) or name badges that have a different colour than other participants’. You may contact our staff members directly or send e-mail: email@example.com. The case will be handled immediately, and a decision will be made on the same day. In case you would like to report something after the conference, please send e-mail directly to a conference team member.
We expect participants to follow these rules both at the conference itself and at conference-related social events.
Cancellation and Refund policy
An administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made prior to or on June 24, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations after June 24, 2022.
In case of late cancellation 100 % payment of fees is to be made if the fees due are not paid at the time of cancellation.
There will be no refund for no-shows. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office at firstname.lastname@example.org
The payment options are payment by credit card or against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). Persons who have problems with international payments should contact email@example.com.
Please note that accommodation is not included with the registration fee and that all participants have to organize their own tickets from Tallinn to Helsinki (if needed) after the conference. You can have a look through accommodation options here, we advise you organise this in good time.
Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservations. These should be planned according to the country of your excursion day. If you will spend Wednesday in Finland, you will stay in Finland on Tuesday night. If you will spend Wednesday in Estonia, you will stay in Estonia on Tuesday night. Recommendations for hotels will be provided with the fifth circular.

To accommodate conference participants, several rooms have been reserved at hotels from among which every participant should find a suitable option. Participant should make reservation and payment by him/herself.
Given the fact that the number of rooms available in individual hotels is limited, the accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis. When making reservations, please remember to add the booking reference code provided below to avail of the special price offered by the hotels.
