Since 2008, the Aleksanteri Institute Visiting Fellows Programme has hosted over 150 scholars from 29 countries. This academic year, we are having ten outstanding scholars visiting the institute, out of which five will be presenting their research papers in the following weeks.
Many of the former Visiting Fellows have maintained and developed connections after their visits. Series of open online seminars called Aleksanteri Alumni Talks present the ongoing and recently published research by the alumni of the Visiting Fellows Programme. We are glad to announce that that four alumni are participating in the talks this spring.
See the upcoming events on the Visiting Fellows programme and take part in the interesting seminars. Most talks include both online and onsite participation – you are welcome to attend the events also at Aleksanteri institute (Unioninkatu 40, 3rd floor, room 17), just remember to check the details of the event in advance.
