Opportunities in food exports and global markets are among the key themes of the event. An international perspective will be provided, among others, by Matteo Vittuari (University of Bologna, Italy), who will explore the development and success factors of Italian food exports. Through company presentations, participants will hear concrete stories of internationalisation in different markets.
The programme also highlights the role of food culture and biodiversity in building sustainable food systems. Insights into this theme will be shared by Michela Lenta, Global Biodiversity Programme Coordinator at Slow Food, who brings a strong international and value‑based perspective on the future of food to Food Days.
In addition, the event will delve into product development and innovation, the growth of food businesses, circular economy, regulation and packaging solutions, as well as the renewal of alternative and local food supply chains. International examples and first-hand entrepreneurial experiences will be presented by experts from Denmark and other parts of Europe.
“I think in 3 years you can be the most important event of Finland for food, and even the Nordics, if you invest in this goal. Really congratulations to the staff, everything was so perfect. It has been one of the best events I attended in years.”
Food Days offers unique and timely perspectives, inspiring examples, and excellent opportunities for international networking.
The event is FREE OF CHARGE. Welcome to join!
