4Light working group focuses on the development of forest light experiences that support people's opportunities to recover, based on forest light research in Punkaharju.
The multidisciplinary approach of the project combines research on forest photonics, lighting, the well-being effects of indoor (virtual) forest lights, and forest-related art for cultural perspectives.
The aim is to use the latest technology to develop light and art experiences in the forest that take place in public indoor spaces and promote recovery. The diverse forest areas of Punkaharju and the Lusto Forest Museum offer excellent opportunities for implementing and sharing innovative solutions.
