NCAR has the mission of developing and exploring radical new ideas and techniques for scalable, robust, and efficient software for future networks and mobile solutions. The NCAR team combines expertise from multiple areas, such as distributed systems, network science, and machine learning. The team comprises of researchers from the University of Helsinki, Aalto University, and Nokia.
