Prof. Santos Academy of Finland post-doc, Dr. Zehua Liu, receives the Faculty of Pharmacy Young Researcher Award 2021

We are very proud, pleased and delighted to announce that Dr. Zehua Liu received today the Young Researcher Award 2021 attributed by the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Helsinki Amazing achievement! Many congrats Zehua. We are so super proud of you and very well deserved!

The Faculty of Pharmacy awards annually the Young Researcher's Award to a promising young researcher of the faculty. The Board of the Drug Research Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy evaluated ’s academic merits as notable (based on the number and quality of his publications, the amount of funding secured, and the number of doctoral students supervised), and decided to give the Young Researcher’s Award 2021 to Dr. Liu.

Dr. Liu Zehua Liu received his PhD in 2019 with honors in Prof. Santos' lab with the thesis entitled: "". 



We also thank the Faculty of Pharmacy for the support!

Dr. Liu is now the 5th Researcher from my Lab to have received such prestigious award:

Dr. Hélder Santos (2013), Dr. Luis Bimbo (2015), Dr. Dongfei Liu (2017), Dr. Wei Li (2020), and Dr. Zehua Liu (2021)
