- primary mouse embryonic and postnatal ventral midbrain cultures and human iPSCs-derived dopaminergic neuronal cultures
- α-synuclein fibrils-induced aggregation model in primary dopaminergic neurons and in vivo
- high content screening and computational image analysis
- design and production of in vivo grade lentiviral vectors for neuron- and astrocyte-specific transgenesis and CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing
