Professor Anu Kajamaa received a Career Award from the American Educational Research Association, Cultural Historical Research SIG

American Educational Research Association (AERA) and its Cultural Historical Research SIG have nominated The Early Career Award to Professor, Dr. Anu Kajamaa.

American Educational Research Association and its Cultural Historical Research SIG have nominated The Early Career Award to Professor, Dr. Anu Kajamaa. The selection criteria were the following. Professor Kajamaa was awarded for her contribution to the field, and more specifically for 1) her work that moves the field of cultural historical research and theory in a particularly interesting direction, 2) for her research that elaborates concepts in a particularly helpful way and for her 3) work that provides links across research and practice that prove foundational. Kajamaa received the award during the AERA Annual Meeting in San Diego, US, April, 2022, and gave a speech at the awards ceremony.
