ANU KAJAMAA RECEIVED THE BEST RESEARCH PAPER AWARD AT AMEE 2017 CONFERENCE

Anu Kajamaa received the Best Research Paper Award at International Association for Medical Education (AMEE 2017).

Docent, Postdoctoral Researcher Anu Kajamaa from Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki took part to the International Association for Medical Education (AMEE2017) conference, August 26-30, 2017, in Helsinki, Finland. Her paper received the Best Research Paper Award at AMEE. The paper entitled: “Rethinking the process of prescribing antibiotics using activity theory” is co-authored with Karen Mattick (PhD, Professor of Medical Education & Co-Lead for the Centre for Research in Professional Learning, University of Exeter, UK), Angelique Hilli (PhD, University of Exeter, UK), Hazel Parker (PhD, pharmacist, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, UK) and Charlotte Rees (PhD, Professor, Director of Monash Centre for Scholarship in Health Education (MCSHE), Director of Curriculum (Medicine), Chair of Diversity & Inclusion Monash University, Australia.
