Helsinki Eye Lab is focused on understanding the ocular surface in health and disease. Our multidisciplinary approach combines experimental and computational biophysics with clinical research, cell biology and chemistry to address issues such as tear film structure and function, dry eye syndrome, Meibomian gland dysfunction and corneal wound healing.
