The research group of Emotional Interaction and eHealth (EIeH) led by professor Niklas Ravaja is a part of the Department of Psychology and Logopedics at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Helsinki. The main research areas are health, emotions, and wellbeing in the era of virtual reality technologies and digital health applications. The group has a long history in carrying out cutting edge research at the intersection of social psychology, human-computer interaction, and cognitive neuroscience. Our team serves both research and teaching aims in trying to solve global challenges in the aging population, occupational health, and social wellbeing.
