Our group conducts research in behaviour change science, and aims to understand how social and psychological factors affect behaviour change. We also investigate the effects of behaviour change interventions and how the dynamic processes that underlie change unfold. Our work helps to inform theories and future interventions related to changing health behaviours, motivation, and improving well-being more generally.
