The project explores interactional practices in the present-day multilingual worklife. We aim to analyse practices and resources of participation employed in multicultural workplaces and develop these practices together with the workplaces. The objective is to increase knowledge and understanding about the role of language in participation, and to determine ways to ensure participation and exploitation of multicultural employees' linguistic and cultural capital.
