About InterEarth

Interactions of the Earth components – InterEarth – is a University of Helsinki profiling action, led by the Faculty of Science. We focus on the interactions and feedbacks between all Earth components – the biosphere, the hydrosphere, the geosphere and the atmosphere – with AI analysis of comprehensive data from the eight research stations of University of Helsinki. We develop science-based solutions related to the interlinked grand challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, the sustainable use of natural resources, air quality, and natural hazards.
