With special focus on ischemic heart disease, his principal scientific interests center on deepening and promoting the understanding of epitranscriptomic mechanisms in not only basic, but also translational and clinical cardiovascular medicine.
Juhani Stewart MD is a cardiologist, anaesthetist and a doctoral student with special interest in statistics. Currently employed in the Department of Cardiology, Heart and Lung Centre, Helsinki University Hospital.
