The project has launched a Climate Friendly Veggie Food campaign where food services are encouraged to include climate sustainable recipes in their menus. As a part of the campaign, the project has published 30 climate friendly vegan recipes directed to large-scale catering services. The campaign page (ilmastoruoka.fi) is in Finnish. The recipes meet Finland’s national nutritional recommendations. The carbon footprint has been calculated as per serving of the main course. The recipes are a result of a long-term development effort where several food services tested the recipes in their facilities and gave feedback on them.
