Strategic Spatial Planning and City-Regional Development: Seminar series with Kristian Olesen
Kristian Olesen is Associate Professor in the Department of Planning at Aalborg University, Denmark. With his PhD thesis (completed in 2011), he made a major contribution to the debate on strategic spatial planning, discussing how the core idea of planning is being transformed, how actor relationships are changing and how space is being re-imagined. His current research interests include neoliberalism in planning, persuasive storytelling, planning theory and infrastructure oriented development.
