It was an excellent day for the Department of Biblical Studies in Helsinki since we got to celebrate not just one but two new projects funded by the Academy of Finland. Alongside our project, Tuukka Kauhanen received five year funding for the critical edition of the Septuagint of 2 Samuel.
The evening was a succes, lots of exciting conversations.
Not forgetting the mandatory (very long) speech by our dean, Ismo Dunderberg.
And of course our brand new web pages were introduced to our collegues.
