The European Public Finds Recording Network represents publicly accessible recording schemes for archaeological detector finds in European countries and regions. We aim to support research and collaboration between the archaeological profession and metal-detecting communities, develop best practices, and promote international cooperation.
You can read more about our agenda under Vision and Aims. The finds recording schemes currently participating are listed under Resources, together with relevant publications by members of our group.
If you are a metal detectorist, please consult our page on how to detect legally and responsibly in each of our member countries and regions.
