The 21st Annual International Conference on Mobile Systems (ACM MobiSys’23) will take place on 18 – 22 June 2023 in Helsinki, Finland. The conference is held on the University of Helsinki main campus which is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Helsinki. The conference coincides with the Midsummer week which is a special time to visit Helsinki as there is almost constant daylight and many events that celebrate Midsummer.
