How do I buy tickets online?

You can buy advance tickets for public attractions and some events in our webshop. Below, you can find answers to the most common questions about buying and using tickets. We are constantly developing our webshop – thank you for your patience!

Can I buy a guided tour for a group through the online store? 

Group tours cannot be purchased via the webshop. If you would like to book a guided tour for your group, please make a reservation through our booking calendar. 
 
How much does an online ticket cost? 

Ticket prices are the same whether purchased online or at the public attraction. You can check admission fees on the webpages of each

What payment methods are available in the online store? 

Available payment methods include:

  • Finnish online banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, and Ålandsbanken

  • Payment cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, and Eurocard

  • Mobile payments: Siirto, MobilePay, and Apple Pay

Payments are processed through Verifone. On your bank statement or card bill, the recipient will appear as Verifone Finland Oy for most online bank, card, and other payments.

Do I have to buy my ticket online? Can I buy one at a Luomus public attraction instead? 

Tickets are also sold on-site at public attractions. Ticket sales end 30 minutes before closing time. 

Can I buy an advance ticket with a Museum Card? 

Yes, you can purchase a ticket with a Museum Card.  
First, select your desired public attraction and visit date in the online store, then choose “Admission ticket with Museum Card.” Please present your Museum Card upon arrival at the museum. 

Can I buy a ticket for an event in advance at a public attraction? 

Tickets for events are sold in advance only via the webshop. 

Where do I show my ticket when I arrive? 

Please present your ticket at our ticket office. 

Transferring or refunding tickets 

I can’t use my advance ticket after all. Can I get a refund? 

As a general policy, tickets are non-refundable. We may extend your ticket’s validity period for a justified reason. Please contact:  

Tickets are not personal and may be transferred to another person. Please bare in mind that if you have purchased a Museum Card ticket or a discounted ticket, the person using the ticket must meet these requirements.  
 
I bought a ticket for the wrong date. What can I do? 

We may change the ticket’s validity period for a justified reason. Please contact:

I have bought a ticket for an event or a public guided tour, but I can’t attend. What can I do? 

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund tickets purchased for events or public guided tours.
