Digital Imaging and Clinical Informatics

Our group studies and develops methods for personalized prediction of disease outcome and image based diagnostics. Genetic and molecular information combined with clinical data by the use of advanced informatics support will help identify patients at risk for disease recurrence and tailor individualized treatment, particularly in cancer.
