RNA samples

• DNase I -treated total RNA samples in at least 20 µl of nuclease free water. For Illumina Stranded mRNA prep 30 µl is required.
• Input amount should be 10 - 1000 ng of good quality (RIN > 8) total RNA.
• Processing can be started with less material. In this case, please consult our experts.
• Samples should be delivered in a skirted 96-well plate in column wise orientation (A1, B1, C1...) marked with a date and the project name (sample batch ID in iLab).
• There should be no empty wells or columns between samples. Full reaction cost will be charged for empty wells.
• Recommended plate: skirted Eppendorf™ twin.tec™ 96 Well LoBind PCR Plate (Catalog no. 0030129512).
• Plates must be sealed carefully with a PCR plate seal.

We have no capacity for long time storage so delivered RNA samples are for one-time use only.
