Single Cell Omics Symposium 2025

A single cell omics symposium will take place March 13th, 2025, as part of the single cell course week.
Practical details

Time and place

March 13, 2025

Venue: Biomedicum Helsinki 1, Haartmaninkatu 8, Helsinki, Finland. Talks will be held in Lecture hall 1 (C wing in the P floor), with sponsor exhibitions outside the lecture hall.

Registration

Registration will open on Jan 23 at https://elomake.helsinki.fi/lomakkeet/133078/lomakkeet.html

The symposium will be a one day event and is combined with a hands-on wet-lab and data-analysis courses for students. The symposium covers broad areas of single cell omics from spatial interactions to gene regulatory networks, with methodologies ranging from multiomics to RNA velocity and long-read sequencing, applied in a wide range of biological contexts: brain development and aging, skin physiology, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.
