Customer profiles cannot be accessed and no loans or reservations made during the service break in Helka, beginning July 16, 2020, as the library changes the library service platform. The service break lasts for a few weeks and ends in early August. Electronic resources are available during the break.

There might be some inaccuracies in the holding information for our books even before the service break, because the Helka cannot be properly updated from June 18. For example, a textbook might be avilable, even if Helka says that all copies are borrowed or that the book is ordered, but have not arrived yet. Double check on the shelf, or call the library’s customer service.
