  • Registration deadline for early-bird abstract submission: February 28, 2022 (registration fee EUR 200 for academics and students, EUR 400 for industry representatives)
  • Final registration deadline for abstract submission: March 29, 2022 (registration fee EUR 250 and EUR 500) - now extended

Please use the following link to register: REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM. The registration is open until February 28, 2022 for early-bird registration (EUR 200) and March 29, 2022 for late registration (EUR 250).

    Participation until April 30, 2022

You can also register as a non-presenting participant under the same price and deadline.

In the registration form, please provide your full name, institution, abstract (max 250 words) and the types of participation (presenter / non-presenting participant). If you are a presenter, please specify the type of presentation you would like to take (platform / poster). You will be notified by email if your abstract is accepted for presentation in World Petunia Days 2022. The size of your poster should be 84.1 cm × 118.8 cm (A0 size).

Please note that by participating in the World Petunia Days 2022 meeting, you are agreeing to comply with confidentiality. Any information exchanged in the meeting should not be disclosed or shared to others or used for commercial purposes.

Cancellation

You can cancel your participation by contacting us through email by mentioning your name and institution before April 30, 2022. Please note that cancellation is charged with EUR 50 administration fee. After the mentioned date, it is not possible to cancel your participation and therefore no registration fee could be refunded. If the event is cancelled due to corona restrictions, postponed or changed into online meeting, all costs are returned to participants in full.
