The World Petunia Days is an annual scientific congress organized for petunia researchers. This event aims not only to promote collaboration between petunia researchers around the world, but also to provide the opportunity to present new results and potential future research projects. The topics for the seminar are, but not limited to: molecular mechanisms in flower development, root development, and functional genomics in Petunia. New research foci on Petunia are also warmly welcomed. The annual World Petunia Days are also organized in a friendly environment, and people can exchange research ideas, methods and techniques, and even unpublished data, without hesitation. The time and place of the Petunia Days are selected on the last day of the congress, and this year, we proudly welcome all participants to Helsinki!
