2022  

  • End of October: Call for sessions (or other creative interventions) opens 

  • End of November: Deadline for session proposals  

  • December: Organizing committee is informing about the sessions selection  

2023:  

  • January: Call for abstracts opens 

  • Late February: Abstracts call closes  

  • Mid-March: Acceptance of abstracts   

  • March: Registration opens    

  • May 23: SSD Pre-Conference Sessions

  • May 24–26: SSD Conference 

  • May 27: (Optional) Post-Conference Excursions
