Participation fee

Participation fee 370 €

The participation fee includes admission to all events of the conference, coffee/tea and lunch during breaks listed in the programme, admission to a reception hosted by the City of Helsinki on 12 May, and admission to the conference dinner at Vanha Ylioppilastalo on 13 May. 

Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation, as well as cover their own costs related to participation. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The registration for the Spring Forum is managed by the conference office Confedent International. Register and pay the participation fee (€370) through Confedent's Spring Forum registration system: https://confedent.eventsair.com/kv-kevatpaivat/registration

On the registration form, you will also choose the sessions you wish to attend during the spring forum. Familiarise yourself with the program and session descriptions on our website.

Payment options

Online credit card payment:

  • The following payment options are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Google Pay
  • Prepaid credit cards are not accepted
  • Online credit card payments are processed via secure payment page at the end of the on-line registration form.

Invoice payment (available only until 31 March):

  • Invoicing fee EUR 19 will be added to all invoices. Note that an additional fee of EUR 19 will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration).
  • The invoice reference number must show as identification on bank transactions. The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer.
Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your participation, please note that, regrettably, we will not be able to offer any refunds. However, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The transfer must be notified in writing to organisers at kv-kevatpaivat2025@confedent.fi by April 23, 2025.
