In recent years, our operational environment has changed significantly. Along with new opportunities, many new challenges have emerged. The benefits of internationalisation are also being questioned more strongly than before. The theme invites us to reflect on our role, influence, and responsibility in creating positive change. What kind of driving force are we, and what does change require from us?
