Participation fees for the Social Policy Conference 2025:
- Member of the Social Policy Association in Finland: 0€
- PhD Student, non-member: 35€
- Non-member: 125€
- Undergratuate student (bachelor and master’s students): 0€
Dinner ticket can be purchased separately.
Dinner ticket
For those who have purchased a dinner ticket there will be a dinner on October 23rd 2025 at 18:30–22:00 in restaurant The Cock. The dinner ticket can be purchased via the conference registration form. Please note that it is not possible to purchase the dinner ticket after you have registered for the conference.
- Dinner ticket: Vegan menu 60€
- a three-course menu including dinner and a drink with or without alcohol
- Possible allergies and special diets will be taken into account. Please inform the organizers about special diets via the conference registration form. The organizer will pass the information forward to the restaurant.
- The restaurant is located near the conference venue. The address is Fabianinkatu 17. The dinner will be held downstairs in the restaurant. In addition to the stairs there is a possibility to take an elevator to the lower floor of the restaurant via the door next to the restaurant. Restaurant staff will guide those arriving by elevator to the lower floor. There are toilet facilities on the same floor with the conference dinner.
