The registration fees for the conference are as follows:
Registration deadlines: Presenting participants must register by April 30th, 2024. Non-presenting participants must register by May 31st, 2024.

Participants, who have submitted an accepted abstract will receive a personal registration link via the registration system. All other participants should use the link provided on this webpage, this includes also those who are co-presenting participants in a research paper, best practices paper, symposium, panel discussion or workshop.
All conference participants are required to register.
The registration fees are the same for presenting and non-presenting participants.
The conference can offer no subsidies or waiver for the registration fees. There is also no funding for travel or accommodation available.
The registration fee includes admission to all scientific events of the conference, conference materials, free Wi-Fi, lunch and coffee/tea during breaks listed in the programme, and admission to a reception hosted by the University of Helsinki on Tuesday, 18th June, 2024.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, but it will be possible to book and pay for accommodation when registering for the conference.
The registration fee does not include the conference dinner on Wednesday June 19th, which will be subject to a separate fee (78 euros).
The organizers have reserved accommodation in four hotels within short walking distance from the conference venue. Bookings are made via the on-line registration form

Scandic Kaisaniemi - EUR 159 single room, EUR 179 double room
Hotel Arthur - EUR 125 single room, EUR 135 double room
Room rates include VAT and buffet breakfast. A one night deposit will be charged when registering to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation and Refund policy for registrations and accommodation
* For cancellations made by or on April 27th, 2024, full refund (50 eur handling fee will be deducted)
* For cancellations made after April 27th, 2023, no refunds will be made.
The Conference Organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
The Organizers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the Organising Committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.
