Please note that registration is binding. The conference fee will be reimbursed only if your visa for Finland is denied.
The conference will be held at the University of Helsinki
Coffee and a small snack are offered to all conference participants. Coffee is served in the Porthania.
Lunch is included in the conference fee. Participants will receive a lunch voucher upon registration, which can be used at the university premises restaurant.
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday, 11 June at Restaurant Hima & Sali (Tallberginkatu 1 C) — a café, restaurant and event venue located at the iconic Cable Factory (Kaapelitehdas) in Ruoholahti, right by the seaside.
You can access the restaurant by metro — exit at Ruoholahti station, from where it is approximately a 10-minute walk.
Conference participants are warmly welcome to join the CSD Summer Party on Friday 12 June, at Unioninkatu 37. Drinks and pizza will be served! More details to follow.
