Power Conference

The Society for the Study of Power, , and the invite academics from a variety of disciplines to the University of Helsinki to debate topical directions of theorizing and empirically tackling power in contemporary societies. See .

The two-day conference includes keynote talks from the following:

• Iddo Tavory, New York University
• Mette Andersson, University of Oslo
• Davina Cooper, King’s college London
• Siniša Maleševic, University College Dublin

The conference will be held at the City Centre Campus of the University of Helsinki. Further information about venues, participation fees, etc., will be announced in early 2026.
