Registration for the Nordstat 2026 Conference is open. The registration link is below, read the information on this page before registering.

Those who want to participate in the city of Helsinki reception on Monday the 1st, the organizers will sent a registration link via email later.

Information about registration and fees

The registration fees include coffee and lunches, not the conference dinner (à € 90 incl. VAT 25.5 %)

Registration Regular Fee
Early bird (by 23 April): € 250 (no VAT*)
Late (after 23 April): € 350 (no VAT*)

Registration PhD students and pensioners (65+) fee
Early bird (before 23 April): € 150 (no VAT*)
Late (after 23 April): € 200 (no VAT*)

*The VAT of the conference participation is waived due to the conference being related to the university's core tasks of teaching and research, and it is aimed at the research community. The conference or seminar is not organized in a commercial sense, and the fees charged are not market-based. The participation fee may include the usual lunch, but not excursions, dinners, hotel accommodation or other similar side activities. The conference dinner includes VAT 25.5%.

For cancellations made by or on 15 May 2026, full refund (EUR 50 handling fee will be deducted). For cancellations made after 15 May 2026, no refunds will be made. All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the conference office ().
