Practical information

1. Any practical questions, ask persons with Pink badges
   Martin Härkönen, Leena Kalliovirta, Lotta Niemi, Jyrki Möttönen and Petteri Piiroinen
2. Parallel Sessions guidelines for speakers and chairs
   Each speaker has 30 minutes.
   Recommendation is  25 min talk + 5 min questions.
   The 30-minute-rule is sharp, because people may want to move between sessions.
   Be 5-10 min before your talk in the lecture room.
   To present, you can upload your slides to the lecture room computer, or you can use your own laptop.
   We will not collect your slides.
   Pink badges will be there to help.
3. Navigating the Main Building (See the map in the Book of Abstracts):
   Coffee in Foyer Sirén (4th floor)
   Lunch in Agora (1st floor)
   Parallel sessions in the 3rd and 4th floors.
   Lecture halls U3041 and U3043 in other side of the building, you need to walk there through the 2nd floor corridor.
4. Main Building opens at 8:00 and closes at 19:00 each day.
5. Poster session is in Agora (1^st floor)
   Your blue voting ballot is attached to your badge. Voting is possible during the poster session.
6. If you need a Certificate, email titled ’Certificate Nordstat 2026’ to Leena
   Inform when you need it at the latest. Otherwise, they are distributed during Thursday in foyer Sirén.
7. For those with the QR code, City of Helsinki reception is on Monday at 18:30 – 19:30. 
   The address is Aleksanterinkatu 20, Old Court House
8. Dinner for those who have paid the extra fee is in Restaurant Töölö on Tuesday evening starting at 19:00.
   The address is Runeberginkatu 14-16, Old Aalto University building
