NNFF9 – The ninth conference of Nordic Network for Research in L1 Education

Registration for NNFF9 is now closed. If you have questions related to the registration, need to make some changes or cancel your registration, please contact nnff9@confedent.fi

All participants need to register online for the conference and pay the registration fee by using an electronic registration form.

Registration fees

  • Early bird registration fee, 260 euros
  • Late registration fee, 340 euros
  • Early bird registration fee for doctoral researchers, 160 euros
  • Late registration fee for doctoral researchers, 240 euros
  • Conference dinner ticket, 40 euros
  • Avec: 60 euros

The registration fee includes admission to the entire scientific program, conference materials, welcome reception, lunch and coffee/tea with snack during the breaks listed in the program on conference days.

The conference dinner ticket fee includes a buffet dinner with drinks at Restaurant Sipuli.

The avec fee is meant for accompanying persons who wish only to attend the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the conference participants. These can be booked in connection with the registration for the conference.

Important dates

  • Registration opens: April 30, 2023
  • Early bird registration closes: August 15, 2023
  • Registration for paper presenters closes: August 15, 2023
  • Late registration closes: September 21, 2023 (extended deadline)
  • Registration to the pre-conference closes: September 21, 2023 (extended deadline)

Cancellation and refund policy

  • For cancellations made by or on September 25, 2023, full refund (50 eur handling fee will be deducted)
  • For cancellations made after September 25, 2023, no refunds will be made.

Registration and information desk on conference days

The registration desk will be open:

  • Tuesday, October 24, 2023: 14.00–17.00
  • Wednesday, October 25, 2023: 08.00–16.00
  • Thursday, October 26, 2023: 09.00–15.00

All participants receive their name badge, a conference dinner ticket if pre-booked, and information on-site at the registration desk.
