Conference fee (until 30.4)
Student price: 250€
Non-student price: 350€
The conference fee will cover conference lunches (Monday to Thursday), 2 coffee breaks per day, wine during the poster session(s) and some small gadgets. It will not include the conference dinner.
How to pay: a link will be sent together with acceptance (on April 2nd). Once received, the accepted participant will have until April 30th to complete the payment (and hence confirm their participation).

N.B. Registrations will be considered as complete and definitive only after acceptance AND payment of the conference fee.
There may be the possibility of one or two travel grants available for PhD students or early-career researchers affiliated with institutions located in the Global South or in Ukraine. A final decision will be communicated no earlier than mid-April.
Please note that these grants are intended only for applicants who would otherwise be unable to attend.
