The opening of the conference will be held on Wednesday, May 18, at 13.00 at the Great Festive Hall of the University of Helsinki, Unioninkatu 34.
The Dean's Reception (Friday, May 20) is at Unioninkatu 33.

Each participant is responsible for their own travel arrangements. We have made two block reservations to hotels near the university. You are welcome to make a reservation with the block rate within the time limitations specified below. Please note that the conference coincides with the ice hockey World Games in Helsinki, so we encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible.
