The conference will be held at the University of Helsinki Kumpula Campus in Physicum and Exactum buildings.
The regular participation fee for Geography Days includes two coffees and two lunches. Special dietary requirements indicated on the registration form will be accommodated during lunch.The evening party includes a buffet dinner. Special dietary requirements indicated on the registration form will be accommodated in the catering. The student fee does not include lunch. We recommend dining at the campus Unicafe restaurants. On campus, there is the Unicafe Physicum café, which offers, among other things, baguettes, paninis, and excellent vegan cinnamon rolls. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants can be found at the Arabia shopping center.
There are unattended coat racks for outerwear on campus. Please note that during the evening party, only Physicum will be open, so do not leave your clothes or belongings in other buildings! Geography Days offers participants a free supervised large-item cloakroom. The large-item cloakroom is available during both the conference and the evening party but is not open overnight.
