The IBMM Prize was established in 2006 and is awarded biennially at IBMM conference to an early career ion beam researcher (up to 7 years since obtaining the Ph.D degree) who has made an outstanding contribution to the field. The prize consists of a cash award and an invitation to present an invited talk at the IBMM conference. Sponsored by Elsevier.
The IBMM prize is awarded to Dr. Li Rang (University of Jinan, China) for Major Contribution to the Field of Ion Beam Modified Semiconductors and Plasmonic Materials.
