The poster boards are 160 cm in height and 95 cm in width, portrait orientation. Presenters are kindly asked not to exceed the size of the board.
Due to the large number of posters, there will be two separate poster sessions:
Poster session 1: Tuesday June 18 at 16.30-18.30
Poster session 2: Wednesday June 19 at 16.15-18.15
Poster sessions will be held in Tetra Hall (ground floor) and Meeting Room Kullager (upper floor).
Posters presented in the Sessions are asked to be set-up during the lunch break on the day of presentation. Posters must be taken down after the poster session.
We encourage researchers and students to share their recent findings, knowledge, and insights that align with the proposed session topics. During submission you will be able to select whether the abstract should be considered for an oral or poster presentation. Please see the instructions below for submitting an abstract.
