Participation fee includes 3 days of onsite sessions, discussions, keynote presentations, coffee at breaks, and a reception of the city of Helsinki on 8.3.2023 (optional, remember to register separately on the registration form).
The participation fee does not include lunches. Lunch at the Unicafe cafeteria costs 8,70€ (vegan food also available). There are also many other restaurants nearby (see e.g. Belge, Fratello, Hanko Sushi Kluuvi, Olivia Kluuvi, Via Tribunali) where lunch costs approximately 10-15 euros.
Participation fees:
The conference dinner will be served at Hotel Arthur on 9.3.2023 at 7 p.m.
Registration is open until 20.2.2023 and it is binding. We offer no refund in case of cancellation.
All changes and cancellations must be made by writing an e-mail to the Conference Secretaries: nntp2023@helsinki.fi.
Insurance
The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to NNTP 2023 participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.
