CEA educates: Introduction to the Bayesian data analysis within educational research

Centre for Educational Assessment CEA organizes a course this September on Bayesian data analysis within educational research. Bayesian approach offers profound advantages in achieving many of the goals within educational research in general and psychometrics in particular. The lecturer is Ph.D. Mark Zelman. The course is taught in English.

The course learning outcomes are:

  • Model-based reasoning and epistemic probability
  • Introduction to Bayesian reasoning
  • Introduction to Bayesian graphical models  
  • Introduction to canonical Bayesian psychometric modeling
